Medical office experience is not required.

Duties Screen and interview applicants Onboard new hires Administer employee benefits Initiate and follow-up on performance improvement plans Facilitate performance evaluations and exit interviews Manage employee schedules and call-outs Handle any patient and staff concerns with utmost care Ensure highest level of customer service and excellent patient experience Manage all day-to-day office operations Oversee facilities management and oversee office and equipment maintenance First line responder for all incidents, including nights and weekends (rarely happens) Assist with HIPAA and OSHA requirements Bring deposits to the bank Review incoming mail for the office Monitor, order, and organize office supplies Handle day-to-day fires Oversee computer system/medical practice software with IT company support This position will report to the Practice Administrator Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to keep the office running smoothly Qualifications Prior management experience required Ability to maintain highly confidential information in a professional manner Superlative interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in conflict resolution Highly organized Strong work ethic and attention to detail COVID-19 and a current influenza vaccinations are required Job Type:
