Key
Responsibilities:
Ability to train, mentor, and coach new and less-experienced installation billing specialists.
Responsible for billing all jobs to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high level of client satisfactionResponsible for closing all jobs to ensure internal processes are met and expenses are recognized timely and correctly.
Responsible for tracking financial and Operational productivity as requested.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timeline constraints.
Possess a basic understanding of financials, margins, COGS, and WIP.
Responsible for updating internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
Ability to work with Sales, Finance, and other departments professionally to ensure accurate information is captured at billing and job closing times.
Responsible for updating internal tracking reports and pulling accurate reports upon request.
Assist with moderate to high-level data and administrative requests as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred3
Years of administrative or financial background (industry background a plus).
Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented and proficient in MS applications.
