Onboarding as New Grad or Experienced PT as Staff PTSenior PTClinical DirectorPartner Caseload / Patient Population:
Physical Therapists at Hayes Physical Therapy see 10-12 patients per day at a minimum level.
You can select the level of productivity that works best for you and your lifestyle goals.
There is a base compensation with incentive pay based on productivity.
Within this role, you will see no more than 2 patients per hour.
Manual-based therapy and Advanced Healing Modalities.
No matter the diagnosis, PTs perform Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA) on the majority of patients to identify and address a multitude of potential dysfunctional issues throughout the body for a holistic and complete care approach to healing.
The traditional PT programs treat orthopedic conditions of all types including nonoperative cases, and surgical and complex diagnoses.
Specialty niches include Titleist Golf Assessment and Fitness, K-Vest Golf Biofeedback Swing Assessments and Training, SFMA, ART/MFR, TMR, Cancer Rehabilitation, Class IV Laser Therapy, Accelerated Rehab and Conditioning with The Neubie Device, Functional Movement, Optimal Health and Fitness with Heart Rate Variability Studies and more! Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position.
The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 930 am-7pm and Wednesday / Friday from 7am-400pm.
Saturday hours are available if you wish, but working weekends is not required.
Enjoy excellent work / life balance within this full-time position.
The actual work schedule is flexible depending on clinic needs, staff availability, and the preference of the candidate hired.

Hayes Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package including a $5,000 per year health stipend, CEU reimbursement of up to $1,500 per year, $300 Medbridge membership for additional continuing education opportunities, Tuition Reimbursement of $5250 per calendar year, OnusOne compensation program, professional ladder with a path to achieve salary increases based on completion of CEU, retirement plan with up to 4% company match, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 15 days of PTO and 6 legal holidays.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Must be available for full-time hours.
Prior experience is not required.
