Responsibilities:
Greet patients at check-in, verify demographic and insurance data, check-out patients, collect copays and schedule follow-up appointments as needed Answer calls, coordinate messages, confirm appointments, maintain patient schedules, lists, and encounters Scan and route data and insurance cards into the EHR, request and send information to other doctors/facilities Submit electronic referrals, medical record transfers, and chart reviews Skills and
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in a medical office and with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for 1-2 years Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, including prioritizing and multitasking Superior customer service with the highest level of professionalism Company
