Summary:
We are looking for current or former swimmers (or at least competitive athletes) to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate.
We sell swimsuits, tech suits, and training aids to competitive swimmers, so we need someone who knows what it means to be an athlete.
Someone who either knows or is willing to learn about competitive swimming equipment so that they can help our customers achieve peak performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Help customers find the proper fit for swimsuits, tech suits, and purchasing the appropriate training equipment - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Print team suits using our specialized equipment - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures - Strong communication skills - Physically able to perform essential duties, such as lifting and carrying merchandise - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts - Availability to work weekends and flexible hours (e.

, evenings or holidays depending on the store's hours of operation) Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a neat sales floor - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Note:
