We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Central Station Dispatching Team.
This is an exciting opportunity and introduction to a career in the security industry.

We have multiple openings and are hiring all shifts! First Shift:
6 am - 2 pm Second Shift:
2 pm - 10 pm Third Shift:
10 pm - 6 am This role is onsite at our Central Station located in Paoli, PA.
Must be available for initial two -week day training.
About the Role:
The dispatcher will monitor, respond to, and follow up regarding alarm activity and customer requests in an effective and professional manner.
What you'll be doing:
Monitors, responds to, and dispatches on emergency signals.
Provides outstanding customer service to incoming customer requests and inquiries.
Ability to be proficient in the verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies.
Ability to work within the defined company and Central Station policies.
Maintain and meet minimum quality and production standards set for the position.
Process basic data changes to customers' accounts.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as within a strong, harmonious team.
After 90 days of employment position is required to pass the CSAA level 1 certification to maintain employment.
This position will be required to work weekend and holiday hours.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma One year of customer service or related experience, or equivalent experience Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications or desire and ability to learn Strong problem-solving skills.
Active listener with excellent communication skills Must exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Fast typing with experience in data entry Proficient with computers.
Bilingual a Plus Successful completion of background check and drug screening Job Type:
