Why work as a Monitor Technician at Paoli Hospital?The work you do as a Monitor Technician makes a tremendous impact on our patients! You'd be responsible for assisting in patient care delivery by observing cardiac monitors and identifying EKG rhythms, interpreting changes in EKG rhythms, identifying EKG dysrhythmias and reporting such information completely and accurately to nursing staff.
Make an Impact! You make the difference for your patients - every single day! As a Mental Health Tech, you'll partner with Psych Nurses to assure safe and quality nursing care in accordance with approved policies, procedures and schedules.
In our psych unit of 20 beds at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will assist patients with their daily living, take vital signs, observe patients' behaviors, plan patient activities and/or support groups and respond to crisis situations in a timely, effective manner.
You will be skilled in prevention strategies to avoid crisis and problems that arise for your patients.
